BUYERS
Existing property owner must execute An Application for Sale, identifying new Buyer, and submit it with the appropriate enclosures and filing fee to the Association.
If the property has an assigned dock, the Buyer must receive approval by the Board of Directors of any boat and or trailer to be placed in the assigned dock and or boat/trailer storage yard. A Boat Approval application must be executed by the Buyer and must provide proof of insurance and a current registration for the boat and/or trailer.
The GLHOA Documents are below for your review and reference. When you buy a home in GLHOA you must abide by these documents and any amendments and or rules and regulations that are approved from time to time.

RENTERS
Renters and Owners must execute an Application for Lease and submit it with the appropriate enclosures and filing fee to the Board of Directors for approval.
The Lease must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to tenant moving into the home.
The Lessee must receive approval by the Board of Directors for any boat and or trailer to be placed in the assigned dock and or storage yard. A Boat Approval application must be executed by the owner and the Lesee must provide proof of insurance and a current registration for the boat and or trailer.
